GENERAL

Applications must be prepared (word processed) in the format outlined in this Appendix 1 (parts I to IV incl) and contain the outlined paragraph titles and sub-titles. For consistency and clarity, applications should be prepared in Times New Roman script, in 12 point, and paragraph headings in bold and underlined as per this example.  Applicants must provide the information requested, or a brief comment as to why they cannot provide it. CAFA undertakes to protect the privacy of all information provided by the applicant, and to use that information solely for the purpose of assessing the application.  Applications will be valid for the year submitted and on confirmation of the award by the selection committee; all submissions will be destroyed.
