Friday 23 May 08
1800 hrs: Registration and Meet and Greet. Reichwald WO & Sgts Mess. Finger food and cash bar. Dress: Informal.
Saturday 24 May 08
0900 hrs CAFA Museum Boad of Directors’ Meeting. Reichwald WO & Sgts Mess.
0930 hrs Ladies’ Programme. Bus tour to Wilno artists and Barry’s Bay. Pub lunch.
1030 hrs CAFA Directors’Meeting. Reichwald WO & Sgts Mess.
1300 hrs CAFA General Meeting. CFB Petawawa Troyes Cinema.
1800 for 1900hrs Dinner /Dance. Reichwald WO & Sgts Mess. Dress: Association dress with miniatures/ Business suit/Jacket and tie.

Sunday 25 May 08
1030 hrs Parade, Re-dedication of the Airborne Forces Memorial and 40th Canadian Airborne Regiment Anniversary. Canadian Airborne Forces Museum. Dress: Association dress and medals. Reviewing Officer: MGen(Ret'd) Lewis MacKenzie, CM, OOnt, MSC(2), CD
1130 hrs End of activities and departures. Coffee available in Reichwald WO & Sgts Mess.
NOTE: Accommodation and meals, other than the Meet and Greet and the Dinner/Dance, are at the individual’s expense. Meals are available at the Normandy Court Dining Facility.

The Registration Fee is $55.00 per person which will cover the cost of the Meet and Greet finger food, the Dinner/Dance, transport for the Ladies Programme and the Reichwald Mess staff wages.

A block booking of 30 rooms has been made at the Travelodge Inn for the CAFA AGM, 900 Pembroke St, Pembroke, ON (613 – 735-6868 or www.travelodgepemboke.com) on a first-come basis effective until 23 Apr 08. Participants are urged to book early in order to guarantee a room and to have the option to cancel if it becomes necessary. Once the allocated rooms have been reserved, members will be required to make their own accommodation arrangements in the local area.
